IN THE MATTER OF THE MODIFIED CERTIFICATION/ ATTESTATION BY ASSISTOR WITH SUPPLEMENTARY DATA FOR THE PWDs IN CONNECTION WITH THE NATIONAL PWD REGISTRATION WEEK ON JULY 18-23, 2011
This pertains to the July 5, 2011 Memorandum of Commissioner Rene V. Sarmiento, Comelec Focal Person, Inter-Agency and NGO Network on Empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), submitting the Modified Certification/ Attestation by Assistor with Supplementary Data for the PWDs in connection with the National PWD Registration Week on July 18-23, 2011.
The Memorandum of Commissioner Sarmiento reads:
"In connection with the National PWD Registration Week on July 18-23, 2011 pursuant to COMELEC Resolution 9220 and Minute Resolution No. 11-0623, the Modified Certification/Attestation by Assistor with Supplementary Data for the PWDs consolidated by the Election and Barangay Affairs Department is hereby attached. The Supplementary Data shall be used to gather data on the disabilities and assistance our PWD voters need that would guide the Commission on policy-making.
Respectfully submitted for your Honors' consideration."
The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to approve the hereto attached Modified Certification/Attestation by Assistor with Supplementary Data for the PWDs marked as "Annex C", as consolidated by the Election and Barangay Affairs Department, in connection with the National PWD Registration Week on July 18-13, 2011.
Let the Election and Barangay Affairs Department implement this resolution.
