  1. How and where to submit applications?

    The Personnel Department is the COMELEC office tasked to receive all applications. An applicant may personally submit or send via regular postal mail or courier service to this address:

  2. Can I submit an application via e-mail?

    No. Due to ongoing internal systems upgrade, the Personnel Department is currently not accepting any applications via e-mail.

  4. How will I know if my application has been processed?

    The Personnel Department will only contact shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates are those who have submitted complete supporting documents and have been evaluated to possess the minimum qualification standards required for the vacant position.
