This page publishes all the vacant positions in the COMELEC's plantilla as made available by the Personnel Department in compliance with Republic Act No. 7041 and Civil Service Commission Resolution No. 1800692 promulgated 03 July 2018, otherwise known as the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (Revised July 2018).
Qualifications
The qualification standards for each vacant position can be viewed from the Qualification Standard (QS) Table. Clicking the vacant position will also lead to the specific QS requirements applicable to the said position. Before submitting your application, please make sure that your credentials meet the minimum required education, years of experience, appropriate civil service or professional eligibility, and training hours stated in the qualification standards of the vacant position, and that you have all the necessary documents ready to support your application.
Salary
The corresponding salary for each vacant position can be viewed from the Salary Grade Table, which follows the latest Salary Standardization Scheme pursuant to Joint Resolution No. 4. There is also a corresponding link to the equivalent salary with every vacant position published.
Application Requirements
Interested applicants must submit the following documents for their applications to be processed and considered:
- Application letter indicating the position applied for, item number, name of the department/office where the vacancy exists;
- Properly accomplished and updated Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, revised 2017), with Work Experience Sheet (attachment to CS Form 212) - please refer to this guide for instructions on how to fill up the Personal Data Sheet;
- Photocopy of transcript of records;
- Photocopy of diploma and/or certificate of graduation;
- Photocopy of certificate of civil service eligibility, membership in the Philippine Bar, PRC board rating/license (whichever is applicable to your circumstance);
- Photocopy of certificate of employment with actual duties and responsibilities from current or previous employers (if applicable);
- Photocopy of certificate/s of training/seminars attended;
- Photocopy of performance rating (IPCR) for the last rating periods (if applicable);
- Photocopy of a valid (not expired) NBI clearance; and
- Photocopy of Ombudsman Clearance with official receipt (only for those who are applying for positions with salary grade level (SG) of 11 and above).
Notes:
- Please refer to the List of Vacancies for the required information (position, item number, department/office) that must be specified in the Application Letter.
- Original documents of items 3 to 10 should be on hand and ready upon request for presentation.
- Applicants must submit one (1) set of documents for every position being applied for. [i.e. if the applicant is applying for three (3) vacant positions, he/she must compile and submit three (3) sets of application documents to the Personnel Department.]
- Applications with incomplete information and/or supporting documents will not be processed and/or entertained.
- Only shortlisted applicants who meet the qualifications standards (QS) will be contacted.
