II. COMELEC Gender Sensitivity Training Orientation Seminars

1. Objectives
   
   
   1. Officials and employees in COMELEC will acquire basic knowledge about gender concepts and awareness of the laws which promote gender equality;
   2. Begin a conversation about gender sensitivity on gender roles and relations in the workplace;
   3. Formulate practical ways to address common gender issues in the workplace; and
   4. Develop strategies that will enhance participation and representation of women in the COMELEC organization.
