Stakeholders' Consultative Planning Conference was held on June 29, 2016 at the Bayleaf Hotel, Intramuros, Manila. It was authorized under Minute Resolution No. 16-0401 dated June 21, 2016. This was attended by members of the GAD TWG, selected field officials, partner NGOs, academe and government agencies in preparation for the Barangay and SK Elections.

The guest speaker was Congresswoman Geraldine B. Roman, Representative of First District of Bataan, who gave the Inspirational Message. Comm. Maria Rowena Amelia V. Guanzon welcomed the participants and introduced the guest speaker. Comm. Luie Tito F. Guia, Head of the Committee on Vulnerable Sectors (IPs and PWDs) was the speaker on "Policies and Programs on Inclusion of Indigenous People (IPs) and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the Electoral Process". Director Esmeralda Amora-Ladra, GAD Focal Person, presented the Election Disaggregated Data. Atty. Myles Esquivel, GAD planning resource speaker, was the event's facilitator.
