Pursuant to the powers vested in it by the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, the Omnibus Election Code (B.P. Blg. 881), Republic Act Nos. 6646, 7166, 8189, 9164 and other pertinent laws, the Commission RESOLVES to prescribe, as it hereby prescribe, the following periods of activities and prohibited acts for the May 08, 2015 Recall Elections for Mayor in the City of Puerto Princesa, Palawan, pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 15-0284, dated 07 April 2015:

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the system of continuing registration of voters, validation and updating of registration records for the 09 May 2016 Synchronized National, Local and ARMM Regional Elections shall be SUSPENDED in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, effective from 20 APRIL 2015 (Monday) to 17 MAY 2015 (Sunday);
RESOLVED FURTHER, to AUTHORIZE all departments and officials of the Commission to USE all forms and supplies acquired and set aside for the original scheduled 28 October 2013 Sangguniang Kabataan Elections without need of further action and UTILIZE all excess and available forms and supplies from the 13 May 2013 National and Local Elections, the 28 October 2013 Barangay Elections, and other past elections, for purposes of the 08 May 2015 Recall Elections for Mayor in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
This Resolution shall take effect upon its publication in two (2) daily newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
The Education and Information Department shall cause the publication of this Resolution in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and its dissemination.
Let the Deputy Executive Director for Operations implement this Resolution.
