IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING PERTINENT RESOLUTIONS PROMULGATED RELATIVE TO THE CONDUCT OF THE 09 MAY 2016 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS THAT ARE NOT INCONSISTENT WITH RESOLUTIONS PROMULGATED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF THE 05 MAY 2018 RECALL ELECTIONS FOR MAYOR OF CABADBARAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE
Pursuant to the powers vested in it by the Constitution, the Omnibus Election Code, and other election laws, the Commission on Elections (Commission) RESOLVED, to promulgate, as it hereby RESOLVES, to promulgate that all resolutions promulgated relative to the conduct of the 09 May 2016 national and local elections, which are not inconsistent with the resolutions promulgated specifically promulgated by the Commission in connection with the conduct of the 05 May 2018 recall elections for Mayor of Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, are hereby adopted insofar as they are applicable..
This Resolution shall take effect on the seventh (7th) day after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
Let the Education and Information Department, this Commission cause the publication of this Resolution in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines, and furnish copies thereof to the Regional Election Director of CARAGA Region, the Provincial Election Supervisor of Agusan del Norte, the Election Officer of Cabadbaran City, and deputized agencies.
