IN THE MATTER OF THE RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR ERNESTO R. DEL ROSARIO, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
This pertains to the June 10, 2008 handwritten Resignation Letter of Director Ernesto R. Del Rosario, Information Technology Department.
The Resignation Letter of Director Del Rosario addressed to the Honorable Chairman reads:
"As a result of the unfortunate proceeding that transpired during the Commission on Appointments hearing today I hereby irrevocably resign effective immediately (close of office today).
I do not want to further compromise your comfirmation on account of the utterly unfair harangue of Senator Gordon who does not fully understand and does not want to understand what I was trying to explain."
The Commission RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVES to accept the irrevocable resignation of Director Ernesto R. Del Rosario, Information Technology Department, effective after the close of office hours on June 10, 2008.
Furnish a copy of this resolution to all offices/departments concerned.
