AUTOMATED NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS
This pertains to the March 31, 2010 Memorandum of the Law Department submitting the list of nominees of party-list groups/coalitions/sectoral organizations participating in the Party-List System of Representation in the May 10, 2010 Automated National and Local Elections.
The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES to publish this resolution together with the list of nominees, marked as Annex "A", in two (2) daily newspapers of general circulation, pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 8807 dated March 25, 2010.
Let the Law Department implement this resolution and the Education and Information Department to publish immediately the list of nominees together with this resolution.
