In the exigency of service and in view of the irrevocable resignation of Director Ernesto R. del Rosario, Information Technology Department, effective at the close of office hours on June 10, 2008, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to temporarily designate the following officials effective June 11, 2008 until revoked:
- Executive Director Jose M. Tolentino, Jr. as Project Manager of the COMELEC ARMM Automation Project, in concurrent capacity, vice Director Ernesto del Rosario;
- Director J. Thaddeus P. Hernan as BAC Chairman vice Executive Director Jose M. Tolentino, Jr.;
- RED Ray Sumalipao as BAC Vice-Chairman vice Director J. Thaddeus P. Hernan;
- RED Dennis Ausan, Region VI, as Acting RED, ARMM, vice RED Ray Sumalipao
- ARED Tomas Valera, Region VI, as Acting RED, said region, vice RED Dennis Ausan;
RESOLVED, moreover, to temporarily designate DEDA Estrella P. de Mesa, and DEDO Bartolome J. Sinocruz, Jr. to attend to the administrative and operational concerns of the Office of the Executive Director, respectively, for the same period aforementioned.
RESOLVED, finally, to amend COMELEC Resolution No. 8464, particularly, the Constitution of the COMELEC Project Management Team:
