The public is hereby notified that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), through the Disposal Committee, will be having an "AUCTION SALE" of unserviceable and disposable materials. The disposable materials subject of auction are enumerated in the attached document.
Viewing of said disposable materials is scheduled for the period November 14 to 21, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at its present storage areas. Prospective bidders may secure copies of Auction Sale documents upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00).
Submission of Bids shall be on or before 10:00AM of November 28, 2016 at the ASD Conference Room, 2nd Floor Shipping Center Building, A. Soriano Ave., lntramuros, Manila. The Committee prefers that all prospective bidders submit their respective Bids using our pro-forma Bidder's Tender.
The COMELEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formal defects in the bid.
