The public is hereby notified that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), through the CDC, will be having an auction sale of around 80,494 pieces of unserviceable external battery for the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines, with a floor price of Ten Million Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP10,061,750.00 ).
Viewing of said disposable item is scheduled for the period April 11-18, 2018, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the COMELEC Warehouse, Km. 43 Tagaytay-Silang Road, Brgy. Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
Prospective bidders may secure copy of auction sale documents from the CDC Secretariat, Office of the Director, Administrative services Department, 2F Shipping Center Building, 707 A. A. Soriano Avenue, lntramuros, Manila, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PhP1,000.00.
Submission of sealed bids shall be on or before 10:00 AM of April 26, 2018 at the ASD Conference Room, 2F Shipping Center Building, 707 A. Soriano Avenue, lntramuros, Manila. The opening of bids shall proceed thereafter on the same date and at the same venue.
The COMELEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formal defects in the bid.
