The public is hereby informed of the changes/clarifications in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers for use in the Office of Overseas Voting (OFOV) - Second Bidding.
- The BAC hereby announces that the Submission of Bids for this project will be moved from March 19, 2018 9:00AM to March 23, 2018, 9:00AM at the BAC Secretariat Office, 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila. Late bids shall not be accepted.
- The Opening of Bids will be moved from March 19, 2018 10:00AM to March 23, 2018, 10AM at the COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
