Bid Bulletin No. 1

The public is hereby informed of the changes/clarifications in the Negotiated Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers for use in the Office of Overseas Voting (OFOV).

1. The BAC hereby announces that the Submission of Sealed Bids for this project will be moved from May 4, 2018 to May 11, 2018, not later than 2:00PM at the BAC Secretariat Office, 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila. Late bids shall not be accepted.
2. The Opening of Sealed Bids will be moved from May 4, 2018 to May 11, 2018, 2:00PM at the COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
3. The queries from prospective bidder is hereby explained and answered as follows:

   Mr. Vicente Esperanza of Xitrix Computer Center dated April 30, 2018	In Technical Specifications May we request if you can change the processor to Gen 7 i7 at least 2.7Ghz or Gen 8 i7 at least 1.8Ghz because the ABC is not sufficient for the project.	Based on the verification of the cost that matched the specifications, the end-user unit interposes no objection to the request to change the processor to Gen 8 i7, at least 1.8Ghz. Please refer to the attached Revised Technical Specifications.
