Supply and Delivery of Registration Forms and Supplies for the Resumption of Continuing Registration of Voters
The public is hereby informed of the changes in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of Supply and Delivery of Registration Forms and Supplies for the Resumption of Continuing Registration of Voters (Reference No. BAC 16 - 2017RFS).
In view of the urgency to deliver the goods, in connection to the resumption of continuing registration of voters, this BAC deemed it necessary to adjust the Submission and Opening of Bids scheduled on November 10, 2017 to November 6, 2017.
The deadline now for the Submission of Bids is on or before 9:00 am of November 6, 2017 at the BAC Secretariat Office located at the 7th floor of the Palacio Del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila. The Opening of Bids is at 10:00 am of November 6, 2017 at the COMELEC Session Hall, 8th floor of the Palacio Del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila.
Prospective bidders may submit their queries at least ten (10) calendar days from the new deadline of submission of bids (October 26, 2017) to the BAC Secretariat Office at the above address or email them at bac@comelec.gov.ph or comelebac@gmail.com.
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
