Bid Bulletin No. 1

The public is hereby informed of the changes/clarifications in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of Supply and Delivery of Direct Attached Storage (DAS) 20TB Usable Capacity for Additional Storage in the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) Staging Database.

1. The queries from bidder is hereby explained and answered as follows:

   	BAC Chairperson Flores: "What are the conditions that you want or the functionalities that you want to check during the post-qua evaluation, Boyet, Dexter? Paki refer n'yo ito sa department n'yo no. Oo. Mabuti na-raise natin 'yan kasi during the post-qua evaluation, what we want to really know is, 'yung demo unit ba n'ya 'yon ay mapapatunayan n'ya na compliant s'ya sa lahat ng specs. Oo. So, is there a way where they can also submit a demo unit that is not exactly the same as the deliverable but they will be able to prove that they are capable. Something like that."	Certified data sheets containing the detailed specifications of the proposed unit shall be submitted during the submission of the post-qualification documents (Please see Clause 29.2 of the revised Section III - Bid Data Sheet). Delivery is still subject to Hardware Acceptance Test (HAT).

3. Section III - Bid Data Sheet and Section VI - Schedule of Requirement have been revised; copies thereof are attached herewith for reference.

All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
