The public is hereby informed of the changes/ clarifications in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of Supply and Delivery of Voter's Registration Machine (VRM) and Peripherals for Satellite Registration and Validation Nationwide (Reference No. BAC 05-2017 VRM-SAT).
The BAC hereby announces that the deadline for the Submission of Bids for this project will be moved from April 24, 2017 to April 26, 2017 not later than 9:00 AM at the BAC Secretariat Office, 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobemador, Intramuros, Manila. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Opening of Bids will be moved from April 24, 2017 10:00am to April 26, 2017, 10:00 AM at Personnel Department Conference Room, 5th floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
