Notice to All Prospective Bidders
of Provision of Special Courier Services for Visayas and Mindanao Region
Prospective Bidders are hereby informed of the following changes/amendments in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings) of the Provision of Special Courier Services for Visayas and Mindanao Region (BAC Reference No. 02-2017-SCS).

In view of the said amendments in the TOR, the Submission and Opening of Sealed Quotations scheduled on September 22, 2017 will be moved to September 27, 2017
The deadline now for the Submission of Bids is on or before 9:00 am of September 27, 2017 at the BAC Secretariat Office located at the 7th floor of the Palacio Del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila. The Opening of Bids is at 10:00 am of September 27, 2017 at the ASD Multi-Purpose Hall, 3rd floor of the Shipping Centre Building, Intramuros, Manila.
