The public is hereby informed of the changes/clarifications in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of 1. Supply and Delivery of Carbonless Paper 2. Printing and Delivery of Various Election Forms- For CEF No. 10-SK - Tally Sheet for SK Elections and CEF No.12 - Paper Seals and 3. Printing and Delivery of Envelopes for Voting and Counting for the October 31, 2016 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections

"Personalize Hologram with Logo or RP and COMELEC Logo lead time to produce abroad is 15 to 30 days. Sample submitted will be a generic Hologram to comply the 3 days time required, and if acceptable our sample, we deliver the item with personalized logo or RP Logo in 40 days." |
1. No. Sample should be the actual product/goods that will be delivered by the supplier. Hence, it must comply with the technical specifications. |
| 2. "Kraft liner we request the glazing and white backing and blue packing. Packing is requested in sheeted or rolls. Also I offer additional security feature attached "VOID PAPER SEAL"." | 2. Any type of back liner of paper seal shall suffice as long as there is no additional cost and the adhesive component of the seal is protected from dirt or dust. The packing should be in a bundle consisting of individually cut paper seals. The security features stated in the technical specifications of paper seal were already approved by the Commission en banc; therefore, they are final. |
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
