The public is hereby informed of the changes/clarifications in the Bidding Documents for the Public Bidding of One-Year Lease of Network Monochrome Printers and Photocopying Machines (Bac Reference No. 01-2018 NMP-PCM).

1. The queries from bidders are hereby explained and answered as follows:

We would like to request for your consideration to lower the memory standard from 1 GB to 512 or 700 MB. Since we have the options to offer brand new or remanufactured machines, and reman machines has a lower tech specs. (sic)	No. We maintain the original Technical Specification.
   Ms. Rowena M. Rivera of Inkrite Ink Refilling Station thru letter dated January 30, 2018	Referring to No. 9 letter J and K, we would like to request if you can amend the specs of the following: 1. J. Casette: 500 sheets to 250 sheets 2. K. MP Tray: 100 sheets to 50 sheets (sic)	No. We maintain the original Technical Specification.
   	Request to Change Technical Specification "Section VII: Technical Specification" - under Technical requirement no. 9k: MP Tray: 100 sheets Justification: Based on your minimum requirements considering the speeds and the processor, downgrading the MP tray into 50 sheets will be suffice to comply to the most of the standard printer specifications. This will be a beneficial to the agency by attracting more bidders and giving the opportunity to produce a more competitive bid results. 2. Section III - Bid Data Sheet, Section VII - Technical Specification and Section VIII - Bidding Forms have been revised; copies thereof are attached herein for reference.

All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
