Office for Overseas Voting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the voters' IDs of the following registered overseas voters are available at the Office for Overseas Voting. To claim their voters' IDs, they may either:

1. Personally claim the ID at the Office for Overseas Voting at the 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila; or
2. Thru their representatives who may personally claim their voters' IDs upon presentation of a written authorization duly signed by the registered overseas voter; or
3. Contact the Office for Overseas Voting at the 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila, Philippines at Tel Nos. 521-29-52 or 522-22-51 or email at comelec_oav@yahoo.com to relay their preferences of mailing the voters' ID either to:
   1. Their authorized representatives in the Philippines; or
   2. Through the diplomatic pouch addressed to the nearest Philippines embassy/consulate where the registered voters may claim their voters' ID either personally or through their authorized representatives.

Please be informed that due to lack of funding, the Commission WILL NOT MAIL directly the voters' IDs to the concerned voters in their addresses abroad.
