If you are a registered voter, whether local or overseas, or if you used the iRehistro online voter registration form, there is a probability that you are impacted by this incident.

  1. Local Registered Voters - if you are a voter registered to vote in the Philippines, you may have been affected by the unauthorized copying of the COMELEC's voter database. This database includes the following information:

    • Date of Birth
    • Place of Birth
    • Gender
    • Civil Status
    • Home Address
    • Precinct Number
    • Disability
    • Voter Identification Number
    • Voter Registration Record Number
    • Voting Status
    • Reason for deletion or deactivation (for deleted and deactivated voters)
    • Registration Date

  2. Overseas Registered Voter - if you are registered to vote overseas, the leaked information may include the following data:

    • Passport information
    • Taxpayer Identification Number
    • E-mail address
    • Mailing address
    • Spouse’s name
    • Father’s name
    • Mother’s name
    • Address in the Philippines
    • Address abroad
    • Complete name of representative in the Philippines
    • Citizenship
    • Profession
    • Height and weight
    • Identifying marks
    • Voting history
    • Mode of voting

  3. Immediate family and close contacts - beyond the voters described above, your name may have been listed on an application form. In most cases, the information about you will be the same as the information generally available in public forums such as online directories and social media. This information generally does not present the same level of risk of identity theft or similar issues.
